R.E.A.L. Housing was founded by Noel Ayala, who personally experienced the challenges of growing up around instability, poverty, mental illness, substance use disorder, justice involvement, and homelessness within his community. Understanding these struggles firsthand, he created R.E.A.L. Housing as a place rooted in structure and accountability to help adults 18+ — including those aging out of foster care — build a stable future. By supporting our mission, you’re helping to create safer and stronger communities — one resident at a time.
